2. Q: What amenities does Deco provide for residents?

A: Deco takes pride in offering a range of amenities to enhance your living experience. These include a resort-inspired pool, fully equipped athletic studio, an exclusive sky lounge "Nouveau", and monthly community events to excite and delight our residents. 3. Q: Is Deco a pet-friendly community?

A: Absolutely! Deco welcomes your furry companions. We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives, and our community features pet-friendly amenities and spaces. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 each, in addition to a one-time up-front fee of $350 for one pet, and $500 for two pets. 4. Q: What are the breed restrictions as part of Deco’s pet policy?

A:   We are proud to offer a pet-friendly community with the following restricted breeds: Rottweilers, German shepherds, Pit bulls, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Siberian husky, Alaskan malamutes, Doberman pinschers, Akitas, Chow chow.  Please consult with a leasing advisor as this list is subject to change.

5. Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?

A:  Deco connects residents with premier furniture rental providers like Charter Furniture Solutions and  CORT !  Residents will lease an apartment from us and lease furniture from a 3rd party partner.   The great this is these partners typically have well-appointed solutions and will deliver and remove furniture you.

6. Q: What lease lengths are offered at Deco?

A:  Deco offers lease terms from 12-18 Months and everything in between!

7: Q: What is the security deposit? Is there an alternative?

A:  Don't worry about paying the first and last month's rent upfront.   No security deposit is required!  Consult with a leasing advisor for more 

8. Q: Is renter’s insurance a requirement to live at Deco?  

A: Renter’s insurance is required to live at Deco. Minimum liability coverage must be  $300,000 with the insurance provider of your choice.

9. Q: How can I schedule a tour of Deco apartments?

A: Scheduling a tour at Deco is easy! Our AI assistant is available on our website 24 hours a day to self-schedule a tour at your convenience.  The chat begins when you enter the website or click the grey comment bubble in the lower right-hand corner.  You may also visit our "Contact" page on the website, where you'll find information on how to get in touch with our leasing team and have the option to leave your information to schedule a tour. 10. Q: Are utilities (water, gas, electricity) included in the rent, or separate?

A: Utilities are separate from the rent. Water and electricity are billed based on usage and are added to your monthly rent ledger. Trash and Wi-Fi are included in Deco's monthly lifestyle fee of $125.

11. Q: What are the required fees outside of the monthly rent that potential renters will need to be made aware of applicable to Deco?

12. Q: What are the noise restrictions or quiet hours at Deco?

A: At Deco, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.  Monday - Sunday.

13. Q:  What is the process after submitting a rental application?  

A: After submitting a rental application and your application is screened, you will be asked to submit your proof of income by uploading your proof of income to our secured document website.  Once these documents are reviewed and approved the applicant is notified that they have been approved.  This process typically takes up to 48 hours.
